forkknifeWHAT HAPPENS AT SUNDAY DINNER?

Caribbean people eat a meal together to show their love, celebrate milestones, have healing conversations, honour the ancestors, and make plans for building families and communities.

Family and friends re-connect to talk family history, surface hurts, ask for and give forgiveness and plan how to preserve, expand and acquire family property.

Keep up with our “Talk Up”, “Ask The Experts” and “FAQs” pages for updates and information.
